Trait Rerolls have been reported from codes, Achievements, Level Road, and Daily or Weekly quests. Read the actual reward before claiming it, and keep ordinary Rolls separate from Trait Rerolls.

The same video mentions a 3.83% label, but it is unclear whether that is a reroll chance. Earlier reports give different Hunter stats, so compare the current tooltip before rerolling.
