Build Your First Loadout

Equip a usable weapon, learn its controls, and finish one Story run before committing scarce resources.

Route organized Oct 8, 2026 · Follow your current in-game prompts. These checkpoints are planning advice, not level or entry requirements.

What to do

  1. Load into the intended Anime Zero experience, open Codes, and try available codes one at a time; check the game message and your balances because reported rewards can conflict or expire.
  2. Open Arsenal and your loadout to inspect your equipped weapon, available slots, current banner costs, and any weapon you already own; do not spend every Roll or Lucky Spin chasing a particular Trait or rarity.
  3. Read your weapon prompts and practice basic attacks, three regular skills, dash, block, and switching in a manageable Story run. Reported PC controls are M1, 1/2/3, Q, F, and T respectively; touch players should use their on-screen controls. Save the Ultimate prompt for an evolved weapon.
  4. In Story, follow Area, Wave, enemies-left, and Next Boss indicators together; reposition when ranged enemies interrupt you and observe an unfamiliar boss before committing to long skill animations.
  5. Return to the lobby, review claimable quests, milestones, and achievements, then read your weapon's current Skill Tree node text before spending Tokens; reports disagree on some node values.
  6. Keep the weapon that lets you complete a run steadily and note the next unlock or upgrade cost shown in your own menus.

Ready to move on?

  • You can equip a weapon, use its displayed skills, and complete a Story run.
  • You have checked claimable rewards and recorded the actual costs of the next upgrade you are considering.

If you get stuck

A code fails or its listed reward does not match your balance.
Check spelling, spaces, account-level conditions, and the in-game response; treat already redeemed, expired, and invalid messages separately and continue without budgeting around that reward.
A weapon slot is locked or the Arsenal cost is unclear.
Read the live unlock and banner prompts before spending; slot costs and pull rules are not established by the reports here.
You are interrupted or lose track of whether Story is complete.
Use the live progress indicators, reposition around ranged enemies, and finish a difficulty you can clear reliably before trying a harder one.

What to spend and save

  • Use rewards already claimed and spend only after checking the live cost and the weapon you intend to keep.
  • Defer repeated pulls for rarity or Trait chasing, optional slot unlocks, and scarce-material upgrades until you have a clear target and a reliable run.

NOTE

Unit Storage and the Keep Traits menu

Oct 6, 2026 · Player report

A creator's Oct 5 update video reports a Unit Storage choice when receiving a new unit and a redesigned Summoning/Trait menu with a rarity-sorted Keep Traits list. Check the selected slot and reroll stopping point before confirming. The report does not establish that Keep Traits preserves an old Trait, refunds a reroll, or rolls back a result; storage capacity, fees, and retrieval rules are also unconfirmed. NOTE

Slot 2 and Evolution reminders

Oct 3, 2026 · Player report

Players report that Slot 2 starts locked and costs Coins, but no price is confirmed. A Cataclysm player was short 4 Soul Fragments before awakening; that was the remaining amount, not the whole recipe. Another player reports receiving a pendant after completing all Daily quests before evolving Sukuna. Check the live Slot 2 price and all Evolution requirements before spending. A Practical Beginner Route

First time in the lobby

  1. Open the Anime Zero Roblox page and confirm you entered the intended experience.
  2. Try the listed codes one at a time. Note the game's response and compare your balances, since some reward lists conflict.
  3. Visit Arsenal to check the current pool, pull costs, and available equipment before spending all your resources.
  4. Check how many weapon slots are available and practice switching and using the three regular skills in Easy / Story.
  5. Read the current skill-tree node text before spending Tokens; guides disagree on whether the Damage node gives +15% or +5%.
  6. Back in the lobby, review Quests, Titles, and claimable progression rewards. Read title buffs before equipping one.

Your first Story run

Watch Area, Wave, Enemies Alive, and Next Boss to tell whether the run is still in progress. Ranged enemies may interrupt you, so reposition when needed. For an unfamiliar Boss, observe its attacks and openings before committing to long skill animations. Specific Boss move timings are not confirmed.

Compare farming routes

No map is confirmed as the fastest farm. To compare routes, use the same gear and difficulty over several runs and record actual rewards, elapsed time, failures, and any losses from leaving early. Include matchmaking, loading, clearing, results, and re-entry in the time.

resources per minute = total resources received ÷ total minutes

For example, 100 Coins in 4 minutes is 25 Coins/minute; 150 Coins in 7 minutes is about 21.4 Coins/minute. These are example numbers for the calculation, not reported Anime Zero rewards.

Choose and improve a weapon

There is not enough confirmed information to rank Guts, Shanks, Alucard, and Miyabi. Compare them yourself in the same area by clear time, range, casting exposure, control, and survival. Read evolution, accessory, and Trait costs before investing scarce items; verify effects in-game rather than assuming similarly named items work the same way as in other games.

Lobby and Menu Guide

These are the main lobby entries and what their labels or early guides indicate:

EntryWhat to use it for
ArsenalView and pull for abilities or weapons; the exact terminology varies between guides
QuestsCheck objectives and available rewards
Item StorageView stored items; capacity and transfer rules are not confirmed
TitlesEquip titles; the menu card says equipped titles grant buffs
EVOLUTIONSOpen the evolution area; exact requirements vary by item and should be checked in-game
CRAFTINGOpen crafting; guides describe making accessories from materials
ENCHANTSAssociated with rolling Traits in the observed interface
Areas / Teleport Around AZBrowse destinations; an early menu showed General and Matches categories

Names such as weapon, ability, and character are used inconsistently by guides. Follow the labels in the current interface when choosing what to equip or pull.
