Frigid's Oct 5 walkthrough describes an opening spike attack that should be dodged, a transformed boss with summoned enemies, and a later shadow/clone joining the fight. Clear the added enemies when they threaten your position, keep room to move, and watch the boss's attack cues. Frigid says the shadow need not be defeated; this is a creator's tactic, not a verified objective rule.
The creator demonstrates Cursed King's first skill followed by the second in the air, with Fuga used for another defensive window. RBX Peanut's Oct 7 run instead demonstrates Miyabi and perfect blocks. These are examples of timing and survival, not guarantees of invulnerability or fastest clears. Recording version matters: Frigid reports Hu Tao lacking i-frames on Oct 5; TrickyRBLX on Oct 6 and RBX Peanut on Oct 7 report later i-frame changes. Test your current kit instead of following old advice to attack continuously. Exact phase triggers, safe spots, and party requirements remain unconfirmed. Before entering Shadow Gate, read the current difficulty, eligibility, remaining attempts, and refresh timer shown in-game. Guides disagree on the reported weapon guarantee: Pro Game Guides says 32 attempts, while Roonby says 35. One guide reports a 3% drop chance; these figures are unconfirmed and do not establish a guarantee or reset rule. Record each result and any visible counter. If a boss shows immunity, check its current summon and timer cues before choosing a target; phase timing and clone objectives remain unconfirmed. Pro Game Guides Roonby

In an Oct 5 video, Ashira RBX reports a new Spirited Away raid on Nightmare difficulty, with bathhouse enemies and a final No Face encounter. The creator describes Hu Tao as a raid drop, rather than a regular summon.
These figures are creator reports, not independently tested:
| Reported drop | Reported chance | Reported pity or quantity |
|---|---|---|
| Hu Tao | 2% | 35-run pity |
| Staff of Homa | 25% | 5 pity |
| Ghost | 33% | 1–3 per drop |
| Coins and Gems | Not specified | No fixed payout given |
Check the current reward panel before farming. Successful-run counting, resets, duplicate rules, and drop-rate boosts are not established. The video does not provide a complete Hu Tao Evolution recipe. Roonby's guide covers the same video, so it is not a second independent drop test. Ashira RBX raid video Roonby raid guide

In an Oct 5 update video, Ashira RBX reports changes to basic-attack flow, dodge animation, and pauses between waves. The creator also says party kill XP is distributed by damage contribution. No XP formula, guaranteed share, or fixed wave timing is provided, so contribute damage and check the current HUD rather than planning around a specific payout or delay. Ashira RBX update video

Dungeon clears are reported to award Coins and XP. Quests, milestones, and achievements may also give Coins, materials, Rolls, or Gems. No best stage, fixed yield, AFK rate, or material drop rate is confirmed. Claim rewards already available, then choose a Story or dungeon run you can clear reliably. Beginner guide
Game Modes: Story, Defend, and Infinite
#| Mode | What guides report | What to check in-game |
|---|---|---|
| Story | Clear areas and enemy groups to progress; a reasonable place to learn the combat flow | Map list, area count, waves, and unlock order |
| Defend / Defense | Guides describe defending an objective or location and use both names | Whether these labels refer to one mode, plus objective health, failure rules, waves, and rewards |
| Infinite | Described as an extended challenge with ongoing combat | Whether there are checkpoints, how a run settles, and what happens if you leave |
| Survival | Mentioned in an older guide | Current availability |
Mode names alone do not tell you how rewards work. In particular, do not assume an Infinite run grants endless resources or keeps rewards when you leave early. Beginner guide
Story, Modes, Bosses, and Solo Runs
#One post-release player report describes three Hunter x Hunter story acts and ZZZ World waves. Sakamoto Days defense was reported removed after a bug. Earlier menus showed Story, Survival, Defend, Abyss, Infinite, Tower, and Training, but appearing in a menu does not guarantee a mode is playable. Another player reached Wave 7 in an Infinite run; this is not a confirmed wave cap. Difficulty labels also vary between Normal and Medium. Gameplay video
| Boss name | Notes |
|---|---|
| Chrollo / Chrolllo | Spelling varies by report. |
| Hisoka | Named in gameplay; moves and drops are not established. |
| Imperator, The Sovereign of Ruin | Name appears in a video; whether it belongs to this game's tutorial is unclear. |
| Pucci / “Poochie” | Name comes from tutorial narration and may be a transcription. |
A player reports using Friends Only and Max Players 1 to create a solo run. Another says enemies feel tougher in a party, but higher rewards or EXP are only a guess. Run results vary; don't treat a single payout as a fixed reward.
